In order to live as the embodied inclusive leader you want to be, you must continue to do the sticky, uncomfortable work. You must continue to find new ways to know yourself, your patterns, bias and conditioning in order to better show up for others. You must be willing to engage in a constant cycle of change, of learning, of integrating, of feedback and reflection. Only to do it all over again. I help folks like you continue to own their lived experience and embody their values.

I work with folks who:

have started to investigate internalized systems of oppression and the amount of nuance one has to hold when doing so.
already have an understanding of bias and systems of oppression.
value sustainability, awareness and know they have more to grow.
have started their racial identity journey
are aware of sexism and toxic misogyny and need help navigating that
value anti racism and know it is an essential piece to leadership
know they have more potential to paint an embodied and authentic leadership story - but are not painting with a whole palette right now.
want somatic, energy healing and clearing tools to combat racism and late stage capitalism

Undoing systems within ourselves requires somatics, energy work and developing a relationship with your intuition and body.

I am an anti-racist DEI trainer & consultant, and energy healer.

I am first and foremost a healer. I am an intuitive psychic and reiki practitioner. I teach energy tools, hold space for healing and coach anti racist spiritual practitioners and change makers to be authentically and energetically themselves. As embodied awareness and presence is required for us all to navigate this moment in time.
I am multi-passionate, driven and committed to the work of racial and educational equity, as well as critical self development and healing. I desire to work with humans who have the will to look inward and view the world through a critical and restorative racial lens. For the betterment of self, and also for the greater good of all.
I bring with me 15 years of teaching and facilitation experience. As a white woman, I strive to be a message of awareness, growth and transparency in order to help uncover and name the oppressive systems at work in our lives. My posture is of a continued learning stance, a perpetual student of the work I teach, continuing to do the interpersonal and internal work (that will never end) required. As it is all personal before it is professional.
