Facilitation, Coaching & Consulting

I am on a mission to empower transformational and inclusive leaders.

I bring with me 15 years of experience and am committed to intersectional anti-oppression, culture building, belonging and transformational organizational culture change. I value awareness, collaboration, reflection and service. I believe this work deserves intentionality, responsiveness, creativity, and a slow to go fast approach.  I have built a career of implementing systemic change, leadership transformation and models that have allowed diverse teams to thrive. I work empathetically and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders in conflict transformation and leadership development with an outcomes based approach.

These key principles and frameworks guide my work:

  • Bronfrenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory. This theory helps us understand the complex underpinnings of each human. We use this theory to help us bring texture and nuance to each person’s lived experience.

  • Intergroup Contact Theory. Deeply embedded in our practice around conflict transformation is the idea that when you bring groups of people with differences together and provide a uniquely structured environment, there is an opening for reducing prejudice and increasing greater understanding.

  • Friere’s Popular Education Model. We adopt the mindset that our participants are experts in their lives and the wisdom they bring to the space is valuable.

  • Cultural Intelligence (CQ). As a research-based model of intelligence, we tap into this model as a foundational piece of our culture-shifting work, particularly with leadership transformation.

  • Inclusion and Accessibility. We know that when we ensure all participants’ diverse needs are met, the group is able to access the perspectives and contributions of all people in the room.

  • Transformational Leadership. We draw on feminist histories and popular education, both of which promote shared leadership and center relationships, in contrast to transactional paradigms.

  • Anti-Oppression and Intersectional Analysis. We engage with power dynamics and address the ways in which diverse identities impact intergroup interactions. We specifically engage with race and address systemic racism in our approach.

I value: Sustainability. Awareness. Connection. Reflection. Collaboration. Growth.

I work with organizations as a systems change and culture consultant. I utilize my experience with restorative practices such as meditation to invite new ways of being together in the name of business and professionalism. I support “slow to go fast” culture change that leans into truth, humility, conflict transformation and transformational culture anecdotes.

I have spent the past 15 years honing my craft in facilitation, teaching, consultation, coaching, and curriculum development. I bring with me my passion and commitment to intersectional anti-oppression, racial equity, culture building, belonging and organizational culture change work that carries from years of teaching, and most recently, facilitating variations of long term diversity, equity and inclusion organizational change and transformational, inclusive leadership coaching.

I deeply value finding ways to influence adults in the way that I needed to be at one point of my life. I am drawn to organizational change work because of the depth and vulnerability it asks folks to access in a new way. Where transparency, authenticity, moving through conflict is a valued piece to embodying true systemic change. A lot of folks want to create more diverse spaces, without considering how to truly interrogate how they are or are not being inclusive, listening to folks needs, finding ways to be flexible, and truly giving permission for creative problem solving. I value awareness and the work that I have been apart of has helped to change folks hearts in order to show up more fully as themselves, for themselves and for their team. I believe leadership development and culture work is deeply personal and deserves intentionality, responsiveness, creativity, space, time, resources and a slow to go fast approach.

1:1 Inclusive Leadership Coaching

The coaching and mentorship I offer is a space to unlearn lessons and layers. It is the new way of leadership and business coaching. Where naming white body supremacy and alls its forms, within us and around us, is the way to build capacity and grounded roots in how to be in this world. Awareness is something I value, and I support folks who are open to individual identity exploration, including racial identity development.

  • I coach single and childfree folks looking for specific support around unlearning the toxic cat lady narrative.

  • I am building community with other spiritual practitioners and energy healers wanting mentorship, support, accountability and intention in their offerings.

  • I facilitate and offer affinity space for white folks looking to build a somatic abolitionist antiracist community. As well as coach and consult those wanting more in depth identity development support.

Racial Affinity Space Facilitation

PRESENCE // We practice together. In a white affinity space. Where white folks come together in truth telling about race. Where we build community and ask, what might it look like for you to be a present and embodied white ancestor?  What might it mean, in terms of risk, cost and commitment...To work with, heal and “grow up” our frozen, constricted nervous systems, so used to staying silent and keeping the status quo.

It will be Perfectly Imperfect,

and we will do it any way.

Let’s talk about working together.
