  • The coaching and mentorship I offer is a space to unlearn lessons and layers. It is the new way of leadership and business coaching. Where naming white body supremacy and alls its forms, within us and around us, is the way to build capacity and grounded roots in how to be in this world. Awareness is something I value, and I support folks who are open to individual identity exploration, including racial identity development.

  • I am a intuitive energy reader and teacher And am a Reiki teacher and Reverend of the inner light. I offer spiritual support on various levels including, but not limited to; Reiki energy healing, Energy readings & Aura healings, spiritual support and energy healing through major life events (transitions of all kinds i.e. weddings, births, death). I work with individuals in various ways, through healing and reading sessions, with the use of Reiki inspired energy healing and intuitive energy reading tools. 

    I support anyone looking for energy healing through energy checks, readings, house clearings and more.

  • //Presence - Somatic Abolitionism (monthly membership)

    We practice together. In a white affinity space. Where white folks come together in truth telling about race. Where we build community and ask, what might it look like for you to be a present and embodied white ancestor?  What might it mean, in terms of risk, cost and commitment...To work with, heal and “grow up” our frozen, constricted nervous systems, so used to staying silent and keeping the status quo.     White Women Affinity Space for honest reflection and deeper identity development: Continue on your anti racist journey with a community of White Women leaders who want to get better in their will, skill and application of leaning in to the practice and mess that is trying to unlearn whiteness, all while holding the nuance of power and systems that exist around us and in our roles.

Everything is energy. And everything is about race. Therefore activism is energy work and justice should be integrated everywhere.

I believe that there is so much for us to learn about and be aware of on the mental body level.  The conditioning and limited beliefs that are there for us to release from and peel off, once and for all.  In order to truly be a liberated soul in our perfectly, imperfectly, human body experience.
