Office Hours

Each month, we hold space for continued learning, connection, and collective processing. These Office Hours are for folks who have participated in our programs—and who are looking for a place to land, share, and stay in practice.

In 2025, we’re rotating between two types of sessions:

  • Foundations – Facilitated content focused on core concepts, frameworks, and reflections to support your growth.

  • Presence – A more open space for drop-in sharing, exploring problems of practice, live coaching and navigating real-time challenges in leadership and life.

We meet monthly from 5–7 PM MST, and you’re welcome to come as you are. Between sessions, the conversation continues in our private SIGNAL group—a space to ask questions, share resources, and stay connected.

5–7 PM MST on:

  • March 5th - We had a great group to reflect through the Casitas metaphor
